As of this morning, I've lost motion range on my right hand. You know the feeling you get when you fall asleep on your arm? It's like that, but it won't go away. It feels like some of my hand has fallen asleep permanently. Mainly near the thumb area. I can't extend my fingers while bending the hand backwards. I also tend to click the right mouse button randomly while shitposting.

I have no reliable friends anymore so I spend all day by myself. Today I walked around town and it was honestly so shit.

the problem with vegan is the lack of quality proteins. not all proteins are of equal quality, and the proteins from plants/nuts/lentils are pretty shitty.
