How does one achieve a swimmers body /fit/?
Hey guys, I'm back home for Christmas and I don't have access to a gym around these parts. Do any of you fine folks know any decent bodyweight training routines that I can do at home?
I'm in the same boat as you opie, so I'm doing the following workout, which is as close to my normal (gym) workout as possible:
Pistols (weighted if they get easy)
I could use another pulling exercise on the B routine, but I'm struggling to think of one.
This focuses on getting to a certain volume and then increasing the load through either weight or mechanics (your choice. Youtube the stuff for more info. There is too much for me to just post.)

Additional note. You don't want to be doing a ton of reps for most of this. You want to focus on something like 5x5 and adding weight to your vest until you can move to the one arm progression (100+lb weight vest recommended at the least) and then, once you get the one arm version add reps.
Treat it like starting strength. Add weight, focus reps later.
I did high reps for a while, but focusing on adding mechanical difficulty and weight will skyrocket your growth.
How do I get rid of this double chin?
It's something that has been bugging me for a long while, I thought it was just a part of being skinny fat but looking around I don't see any whales/above skinny fat people with this type of double chin problem so im pretty much excluding weight out as a possible reason for now .
To add a bit more details I would say I suffer from quite 1-2 posture problems, APT and forward head posture.
I'm living with someone who always has to have the upper hand. He's tall, handsome, brings back a new girl every week, superficially charming, and supremely confident. This is a barbell at the gym I'm at. Its filthy as fuck and what's weird is, I took the weights off of one side and the barbell flipped over and cracked a mirror on the wall. Every gym I've ever been at doesn't have weights fall off when you take one side off. Wtf is this shit?
its called an unbalanced bar, when you take weights off one side and not the other, the other becomes heavy causing it to be pulled down by gravity, this causes it to flip and crack the mirror. its probably never happened to you before because you have been moving baby weight that doesn’t have enough mass to be dragged down.
Stop breaking equipment and learn basic 3rd grade science.
