Alright guys serious question. I have bad insomnia and I can only sleep 2-3 hours a night. As a result I am not able to hit that sweet spot in the sleep cycle to recover properly. However after a couple hits of some weed I can pass out and sleep for a solid 6-7 hours. I'm not sure why it works like that but insomnia has always been a problem in my life and it's the only way I know to fix it without medication. My question is how does weed affect muscle growth? If I smoked a bowl before bed every night would I be helping or harming?
Weed fucks your sleep cycle up. I have been getting 8 hours of sleep the past year and smoke nightly. Wake up with extreme fatigue and perma bags under my eyes. Not saying anything bad, but just saying I feel like it hinders full healthy sleep senpai.
From what I've heard, weed causes you to not go into the deeper stages of sleep as much. Weed also tires you down in general whether you're sleeping or not. Atleast that's what I've experience. I usually smoke and sleep 10 hours and I'm fine. If you're having issues sleeping then I'd actually recommend it.

Is garlic bad for you in high amounts? Red pill me here.
Whenever I cook any kind of meat, I put fucking huge forkfuls of minced garlic on/in it. It's only preserved in its own juices, so no extra oils or anything. I was just curious if this is harmful to my health at all. Everything I can find only says Garlic is good for you and to be wary of acid reflux and shit.
You would probably vomit if you saw how much garlic I use.

And garlic is fucking great, the only downside to it is that it makes you smell. Keeps vampires away though.

Second guy got help from his mate and they ended up pulling together with both arms.
Has him locked down on the table already and it took them 2 minutes to get it back up.
Then suddendly everyone watching joins in and wants to wrestle too, I end up losing against the 6th guy or smth because my arm is completely fucked.

I have to say I was skeptical at first but really it has brought my self esteem way way up.
Getting a spot on the bench is really the only awkward moment.
