1/2/3/4 lifts (already hit two of them), and 10% bf. Currently cutting already for summer. First year that I should actually look decent. Then once fall rolls around ima slow bulk and should hit all my lifting goals

Should I eat bread or skip it altogether?
I've gave up refined grain and bread, so no pasta, cereal, white rice, bread, etc. I'm not a ciliac but I've notice less overall discomfort, bloating, and less gas in the past few weeks, though I've also drastically upped my water intake.
I'm going to keep refined grain off the table, but should I really keep whole grain bread off the table too? Cause if not I would use it as toast for my eggs and tuna.
You'd be wiser to avoid eggs than to avoid whole grain bread. Just make sure it really is 100% whole grain, not white flour spiked with 10% whole wheat flour like most brands are.

Holy fuck /fit/ my trainers and sports coaches thought I was on the juice today at practice! They were searching my bag and kept asking to smell my breath, said I looked abnormal and was way stronger.
