So /fit/, tell me a little about your calinestic stats?
Myself I only lift weights, but for the fuck of it I just checked my calinestics.
>50 pushup at the ABSOLUTE max, litterally tearing up on the last two reps.
>12 pullups, but more like 10 if I'm being super critical about technique
>No balance or acrobatics feats whatsoever, barely able to stay still on one foot.
I weigh in at exactly 90 kg at 187cm.

Skinniness + willpower = high cali-stats.

Fuck off
What the hell is it with women and the need to make so many desserts?
There are literally no less than 15 different garbage obesity foods in my parents house right now.
>tfw women won't stop talking about carbs, fat, calories, sugar, then cook 15 desserts
the real question is why does it bother you so much?
you a faggot?
you can eat bad food on Christmas day
it's ok.
my slightly fat girlfriend drinks alcohol with every meal
i like her but it pisses me off everytime i see her drink and she eats alot

YOU ARE NOT FUCCBOI. YOU'RE A GODDAMN FREAK AND YOU HAVE US, ALL OF US!
I know most of you beef cakes are only interested in lifting heavy objects repeatedly and can't sprint a 400m to save your life, but what do you think about drinking alcohol before intensive cardio? Say you drink four shots of vodka then go on a 25 mile ride. What do you meatheads think?
I don't see the point of dehydrating yourself before a workout. Even if you drank 4 big cups of water with those shots it still sounds like a recipe for a headache. That being said, the whole point of a bicycle is to get home safely but faster than walking after you've out been out drinking.
>>35363595
why not try and tell us, i never would have thought of drinking and riding
however, i have taken quite some mdma and went for a ride and never got tired and i was literally flying
>>35363756
It's not bad once you get warmed up, it helps keep the blood flowing. It also helps me zone out and just bike fast. I drink about .75 liters for ever 50ml of 80 proof i drink so dehydration isnt really a problem
Does anyone have more than one? I've heard some people say they do because different gyms have better equipment for certain things. Just curious if anyone here does.
Sup, this might sound pathetic but here it goes.
I train 5x a week at a big gym, but I'm basically an autismo over there and have always been. I don't talk to the regular and mind my own business (I'm an introvert).
I also train once a week at a 10$/month PlanetFitness-typeof gym. I practice social gains over there, give tips to newbies and whatnot.
The reason why I do this is the girls at my main gym are literally (at least from a physical point of view) wife-material and I don't wanna ''practice'' on them, I'd...

I used to have 3 memberships. I joined a powerlifting gym and never cancelled Golds. Then it got bought and is turned into a cross fit gym so I moved to a nicer gym anyway. It took about 3 months before I cancelled the other two gyms because I'm autistic
>>35363375
That sounds legit to me. How are things going at the cheap gym? Is it working for you?
You know the drill.
Burn that christmas fat - you lazy fucks
Merry Christmas
happy holidays :)
Yo
fat2fit here, is there no way for me to have a normal body and look good without clothes?
How does one prevent loose skin?
How fat are you?
I cut from 400 to 190, but don't look as bad as the OP pic.

I think Santa may be getting my some Powerlift 2's. I know they're foam sole, but I didn't want to ask for adipowers or roms because Santa only has so much disposable income.
I'm doing all the lifts in SS daily + accessories + 5 miles daily 6 days a week. I'm also eating at deficit.
Stats: (t-Rex mode)
Squat: 275 lbs
Ohp: 115 lbs
Bench: 185 lbs
Diddly: 3pl8
Row: 70 kg dumbbell
Right bicep is jelly and hurts and pops when I bench or row. Same right shoulder and knee.
Chest hurts at the sternum from dips.
Head hurts from squats and diddlys.
Today I had to stop halfway I feel so depressed.
I feel like I could be making more progress if I took a day off between sessions but I'm a fat fuck 6'1 250...

I guess what I'm asking is am I being a pussy and should keep on with my plan or am I being a retard?
>>35362881
There's no shame in going a little lighter on yourself, the most important thing is that you stay consistent over a long period of time.
Maybe cut it down to strength training 2x a week for a while, maybe take a week off strength training, maybe only do cardio on days that you're not doing strength training.
Chest pain during dips just happens with some people, I personally don't dip anymore.
Also, make sure you're actually using good form, that more important than weights....

Uh it might be 70 lbs I'm not sure it's this kind of dumbbell.
Yeah I just started training since like 6 months ago and started going ham since November. I started stalking in the weight loss and I guess I got a bit impatient.
You guys talk about taking Magnesium supps, is Magnesium Oxide okay?
No, it's has poor bioavailability.
Eat more dark green leafy vegetables if you want magnesium. That way you get it in the right ratios with other minerals.

Roman greco wrestling. I havnt boxed competitively so I may be wrong.
>hiit
>that new guy you ask what his maxes are
>he answers "i lift for form"
ok
>people that think good form doesn't let you lift more weight
kek. the strongest strength athletes have good, efficient form. some might be a bit abnormal compared to the average joe, but they likely do it because it is safer and stronger for them or because they have funky body proportions (for example klokov's stance asymmetry and layne norton's squat)
>that guy in the gym who asks other people about there maxes to feel better
I laugh at you. Especially at people ego lifting more than I do just to fuck up their joints, while I have a better form with less weight and also look better

can it help me build more muscle
Hi /fit, can we all ditch those freedom units, and use only Kgs, like rest of the world.
xoxo
Heavily in favor of
my gym has those fancy colored rubber plates in KG, so I already have.
it makes more sense too, like having 1000g be 1kg and what not instead of weird oz and lbs and shit
how bout fuck you
pounds are a measure of weight
grams are a measure of mass

Hey fit
I'm a 105 lb woman and I've been struggling to get a butt. It's my main flaw, I have tits, I'm skinny, but I don't have a fucking ass and no matter what I do, how much I run or squat I just can't seem to get one. I've been trying for about 4 months now but have seen no results.
Can you guys recommend anything to me?
4 months isn't that much time. Check your diet and make sure you're bulking. You can't build muscle without the proper materials.
>>35361940
Try eating food. My gf has the same problem at 5' 3 and 110 lbs, but she can't even eat 2k cals a day.
>>35361940
Are you gaining weight?
