why is there so much negative propaganda about bulimia? i've been doing it for years and i have no issues.
who cares if it's "cheating" or if reflects a lack of will power.
i get to eat delicious food, and maintain my weight. win win.

Hey guys here's the situation, I'm a skinnyfat 18 year old who hasn't touched weights in a yearI have at my disposal a barbell plates & a rack, I'm about 5'10 160lb 18% bf probably, I'm wondering if I should start bulking to like 200 or If I should cut first, also what routine I should do, my rack has like a pull up bar and shit and my plates have handles, so I'm thinking a modified starting strength? I also have shitty posture & my shoulders are rolled forward heaps...

for the past week or so my face has been feeling really sticky, but when i touch it its completely smooth
it makes it feel like the stickiness is under my skin and its driving me fucking insane
nothing i do makes it go away
washing my face, using lotion, using moisturizer

Stop drinking beer, ever. I hear people say vodka is good, personally I drink rum and diet coke. Don't go out to bars, drink at home because at the bar you're likely going to eat the terrible food.
You're probably better off if you stop it altogether, because it will kill your motivation and lead to some stupid setbacks. Coming from personal experience here, because I know it's not your goal to quit and I've had to work around this for myself as well.
This. If you're too weak to address the problem then you can at least minimize and work around it.

I myself went for 440lb or 200kg last night beltless, got it off the floor but couldnt finish. I squat every day so i wasnt completely recovered so i think if i take a week off ill get it.

im training for recon marines atm, which is basically special operations
you train very similar to SEALs prepping for it
basically you train like a triathlete except replace cycling with walking with a backpack on lol
just look up BUD/S warning order and do the workout in there. youll get a solid ottermode and super great at endurance
the only thing i would add is some lowerback exercises like hyperextensions on the rest days since it has you do several situps monday wednesday and friday

Been having some knee pain after squatting, thinking of getting some knee sleeves but do they really help or should i just buy some cheap compression sleeve.
I have a pair I got as a gift. I don't feel anything different except a little compression on my knees which feels nice but that's about it. So I guess if your knee pain goes away with compression they'd help.
