I'm currently at 16.3% bodyfat (estimation from scale). I'm down to 157 from 175, but my chest still seems kinda gyno.

Bought Zucchini, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, and Eggplant. also it's the 3rd day in a row that I have woken up at 8am and walked for about 35 minutes :) without even having to force myself
A recent european trip got me out of my haze and I feel alive again.
I'm excited to try new recipes and im gonna try to lose about 20 lbs in the next two months

if you want to get jacked, and use roids for it, you're probably too obsessed with the idea. contrary to /fit/'s philosophy, there is more to life than looking good.
also, you can look good without roiding. its easy to get detached and start thinking that jeff seid and shit is the norm and that overeem looks good, but these people are extremely rare and are probably viewed as obsessed/too into their sports by most. i can tell you that guys who roid just to look good are repulsive to most women, no question.
