How do you get your girl to start lifting or being a cardiobunny and eat less?
Never let her know you are checking out other girls. Bitch can play that game to. You are short? She starts checking out taller dudes. You are balding? She likes dudes with more hair? You are 6'4", handsome, well built? She checks out women and mentions she might be a lesbian.
I go running with this grill who is stupidly obsessed with her weight. She's 5'3" or 5'4" and maybe 115-120, so not really fatty tier. I guess someone asked her if she was pregnant, and when I looked at her belly (not that she has much of one), she broke into tears like I had just called her the fattest piece of shit in the world. Anyway, she's trying harder now when we run, but still won't listen when I tell her to lift.
So, I'd say buy her a pregnancy test.

How many calories do you burn per day exercising, and how many calories have you cut from your diet since you began your journey to becoming a fitizen?
I'm starting my journey on January first, I eat like 3500 calories per day right now, all bad calories, pizza, white rice, curry, etc. I'm planning on exercising 2 hours daily, which should allow me to burn 1000 calories, maybe 1250, and I'll be cutting my food down from 3500, for 2 weeks to 3000, then 2 weeks later to 2500, and then 2 weeks after that to 2000 which I'll stop at and just maintain....

Keto is...was my favored diet method.
Went from 270 to 190 in like hell...6 months if I recall correctly no loose skin or anything.
Its just a fucking massive energy burn at times is the thing, you're only getting minimal car a during weekdays and binge them on one day.
But it was worth it imo, it gets the job done quickly if you combine good amounts of lifting and cardio with it.
It's perfect for fatasses because it fixes metabolic syndrome and destroys your appetite. It didn't carry me all the way to my goal, though, I hit a plateau and have to incorporate intermittent fasting to go further. Luckily, being fat-adapted makes fasting super easy.
