I'm a dyel manlet, 5'6", 18% bf, 149 lbs. Goal is pic. Wide shoulders and defined torso. I'm not trying to get big yet I'm started off to get like this guy as how /fit considers dyel.
Gross dude wtf

I am doing that stunt where you lose weight by eating nothing but McDonalds. I have lost 24 lb so far and I plan on going until I've lost another 66 lb. Pic related is what I ate today. Is McDonalds really as bad for you as they say it is for I am eating under the recommended amounts for everything from cholesterol to salt. I have come to believe that it is actually ironically a really good way to lose weight, easy to keep track of calories and it's a lot more fun than lentils and carrots. Only downside is it's expensive as hell. Of course I have some rules, nothing...

Sounds like a meme, but whatever works. Try to keep the fat and salt in check.
>>35392129
you again... yes the calorie in/calorie out law applies to junk food as well.
You lack willpower my son
>>35392150
mcdonalds isn't really junk food, it has ok macros for what you pay for.
Why aren't you trying /fit/?
>>35391608
I AM TRYING
>>35391608
where are your lats?
might want to skip arm day and work your back
but who was chest?
Is there any reason to do cable flys over flys on the bench?
It seems like you can maybe get more ROM using the cable machine.
Any preference of one vs the other?
>>35391574
Also, can I ignore the shit out of these and just bench? (Apparently Arnold says no)
>>35391574
who is this
>>35391593
Even though I always go for a freeweight alternative if it's possible, when it comes to chest flys, I have to go with cables since flys on the bench only really work for a good 1/3 of the ROM and you can risk serious shoulder injury
And if you want a fully developed chest you shouldn't just ignore this shit
Anybody here with irritable bowel syndrome? Do you have any tips with diet to help constant stomach cramping and farts? It makes sitting in uni classes painful and I'm worried with my increased protein intake of all my farts being brutal. If I let one slip in class, it's game over for me man.
Pls help IBS bros. Any tips to make life better?

Find what works for you. For me, chocolate, beer and coffee are pretty bad so I eat low amounts of it. Sleep regularly, eat on set times and if possible, shit at roughly the same times every day. Routine is key, OP.
The one thing that makes the most difference for me is never, ever to stress when eating. I eat as long as I need to, never in a hurry. Chew your food, swallow it calmly and breathe. Eating fast fucks your shit up.
You're gonna make it bro
>>35391222
Figure out what makes it worse. If there is something I love (garlic) that triggers any issues, just eat it the night before a day you have nothing important planned.
>>35391267
not op, but thank you for the solid advice
Fat piece of shit here.
I've been running everyday for the last week, 30 minutes a day, with a 1 minute sprint every 4 minutes.
I also cut off sodas and shit food, I eat chicken, turkey, fruits, vegetables, wheat and eggs.
I've done this routine (increasing difficulty with more sprint, up to 1 hour) once for like a month and a half and got some nice results but gave up after injuring my ankle and not being able to even walk for two weeks.
I'm getting back at it slowly and was wondering, do you guys think I should also lift? Cause I'd love to be big with little body fat%, but I feel so exhausted after running... and I want to burn my fat more than gaining muscles.
I also run at home, on my treadmill, which is very convenient, and going to the gym through the subway to lift sounds like such a pain..
Maybe I should lose my fat first, and then lift?
Do GOMAD while running for some sick gains
"Are you trying to lose weight? Lift weights.Lifting burns tons of calories, and lifting weights while dieting will cause you toretain more muscle and lose more fatthan just diet and/or cardio. Because the name of the game when it comes to not looking awful is FAT LOSS, not weight loss. Do you want to be that guy who loses lots of weight and still looks flabby and useless? Of course not."

So you're saying I should completely stop running and only lift?
Cardio day faggots, no gym rats allowed.
What are you planning to do?
Intercourse
Running 5 miles, thunderstorms all day it's going to be good.

your dad. and he's a hungry bottom
I just wanted to say thanks to all you guys. I was severely depressed since I was a child, was diagnosed with major depressive disorder, and was prescribed a bunch of antidepressants but never stayed on them because of the side effects
Anyway, I started working out 2 years ago and got most of my info from /fit/ and the sticky. Since then my depression has completely gone away and I'm a much better person. Thanks guys. I love you.
If you're browsing here and don't work out and feel depressed, I'd 100% recommend it

How long can you last in a plank, /fit/?
About as long as I last in bed
3 minutes
Only 70 seconds. I have no idea why I'm so shit at planks my core has never failed me in anything else
Are you more swoll then Biebz or Efron?

Make them ruuuuuun
My honest opinion, get the fuck out of there. You're going to get yourself stuck in that piece of shit job. The longer you work there the less and less motivated you will be to actually get maybe an education or find a better job. If the town is as shit as you say it is then definitely find a way out of there as soon as possible before you end up as one of those slightly chubby PE teachers at a shit school talking about how great their life was before they became a PE teacher.

This is why towns in America collapse, because of that attitude
