Compounds are always great. Flat BP, deadlift, squat, ohp. Anything else I would use DB's or cables.

I can only speak from personal experience but keto worked great for me. I cut from 390 Macaulay Bulkin to 250 in a span of about nine months. Granted I was in the gym almost every day doing mostly cardio and some lighter lifting.
I would suggest you talk to your doctor before doing anything though.
It made me significantly less hungry. Didn't notice any other benefits, but being able to start the day with bacon and eggs and feel satisfied on 1000 calories is reason enough imo.
You are straight up deluded if you think that Jeff Seid's physique or any other so-called "fake natty" isn't completely achievable naturally. Look at these guys from over 100 years ago.

I'm a 35yr old dude with a mild case of acne. Seen plenty of dermatologists who prescribe oral antibiotics and some weak sauce topical solutions.
The antibiotics work extremely well however I know I can't use this long term, and I know that it cleanses me of all good gut bacteria. I bet there's a dozen other negative side effects too that I don't know of.
When I wean off the antibiotics for a month, the resurgence of acne takes place and my social life/confidence levels plummet. I go back to the pills.
My theory is that my internal "bad"...

What do you guys think of the Nutri-Ninja/Bullet/etc blenders and their ilk?
Obviously the marketing about "extracting nutrients" is bullshit, but they're still powerful blenders that can make anything into a smoothie without losing the fibre from the pulp.
My only concern is how hard it would be to make good vegetable/protein smoothies, since mostly using fruit would eventually overload you with sugars.

Use Lyle McDonald's outline for push/pull/legs. Just separate the pushes and pulls.
Also, look it up, Lyle has a setup for how to set up PPL workouts in a week to maximize recovery, minimize interference and whatnot. Just do what Lyle says.
You could also do a Chest+Delts+Arms/Legs+Pull split. I think Lyle prefers that over PPL.
