A pound of fat is equivalent to about 3500 calories right? So if my tdee were 2000 cals and I ate 5500 calories today, without working out, surely I don't just gain an entire pound of fat right?
Also hypothetically say someone at 20,000 calories in a day, could they just gain 4-5 pounds of fat in one day? Does the body do this?

Belt and sleeves only. Beyond that you've got knee wraps (although most people will call that raw w/wraps) and full squat suits (usually referred to as 'equipped', almost always used with knee wraps)

And definitely dont go into cocoon mode for an entire year of college, miss every party, and lose what little social skills you may have had for small gains that will still never be enough for you.
