Looking for shit to listen to at work, what health and fitness or lifestyle podcasts does /fit/ recommend?
Not really fitness related but "The history of Rome" podcast is great if you're interested in history, as is "The history of Byzantium" which follows up the story. I also recently started listening to the "Revolutions" podcast made by the same guy as the History Rome, and it seems to be just as good.
I don't really know any non-history podcasts but these are really great even though it's not what you asked for.
Whats up weaklings ? ;)
U jelly of my gains ? ;) 100% non animal brutality gains
>tfw dwarfing the mountain
you jelly manlets?
Height gains general
I can't get myself to exercise at all. Even the thought of exercising makes me cringe. I don't know why, I have zero willpower. It's nasty as fuck, painful, and feels like I'm being torn to shreds. I remember being motivated by girls but I realized being fit isn't necessary for getting laid. So I have no idea what strategy to use.
>JUST DO IT YOU LAZY FUCK etc.
If you're this retarded please don't bother to post.
JUST DO IT YOU FAGGOT.
No really, just do it. And if you really can't (and you can, you're just making excuses like a beta cuck), see a god damn psychiatrist, because you're absolutely fucked if you can't will yourself to do the most basic of things.
How do you know if you're happy?
I feel generally good every day, especially when I've had a good workout
Still no gf, but at this point I wonder if it would even change me
Just how do you KNOW?
Am I just a mindless entity floating through space, or am I a happy person going the right direction?
What if I told you nobody is in fact 'happy' in a holding-a-cute-puppy sense of the word?
Most of the 'happiness' is earned as a rush after we achieve something important to us (or do a line of coke or shoot heroin), but hollywood and media have blown 'happiness' up to the range of standard. Now, for normal amerifag, everything less than total happiness is unacceptible.
In ancient Greece, philosophers basically had the same term for 'happiness' and 'human growth'...

Why the hate man, but seriously?
I would understand if I posted this in /r9k/, but /fit/, what the fuck? My post is intended to give some motivation to OP, what part of it offends you?
This is a honest question, I would really appreciate if you replied honestly.
Sorry if I sounded like an ass.
I just ordered creatine.
Did i dun goofed?
Will i turn in to Elliot Rodger?
Or are you just gym bunnies?
I got a cardio strike bag as a late christmas gift.
What is the best way of using this thing?
If you're so smart, why haven't you solved all of your own problems yet?
>tfw you've been lifting for 4 months
>tfw you are making gains but still look like shit
>tfw you are still DYEL in clothes
>tfw the girl you like has a boyfriend but approaches you and says she likes you and gives you her number
Don't give up, /fit/.
I made it, you will to.
Dont stress about how you look after lifting for 4 months.
I looked like this after a year.
then after another year.
No change in training, just a couple cuts and bulks.
Ok so I decided to lose body fat ASAP, I decided to eat 550 gr chicken breast and 195 gr canned tuna each day and nothing else. That is around 250 protein, 30 fat and 0 carbs. How long will it take to reach 10% body fat if I start this diet at 20% ?
>tfw you can't eat dairy products and eggs because you get acne
>meat is only source of protein
>you cant afford to eat meat daily
nope, this is not. I had acne on my forhead for some time, then i read on /fit/ that milk can cause it. Stopped drinking milk and 3 days later there was no acne. Something started popping again so i decided to stop eating eggs and since then my face is clean.
Is there any good source of proteins from veggies? Beans are total trash tier. It takes only 120g of beans and my asshole turns into self-propelled howitzer for next 48 horus
pls let's be honest
is bear mode possible natty?
I'm giving up /fit/
I broke rule nr 1, I was lifting to get her attention
She's no longer mine, thus I see no point in continuing to lift
>why do you work out so much anon?
>why all that muscle?
>you must really want the approval of other people
>don't you have other hobbys?
