you probably have terrible form on the squat, possibly because you aren't consciously making an effort to maintain it, dont know how, have a strange body type that needs unique advice, maybe a combination. Post some videos of your work sets, for bench and deadlift as well because if you can't fix your squat form those 2 are probably fucked as well.

Started eating less about 4 days ago. I'm running, swimming and doing some bodyweight exercises. No gym because I'm on vacation.
Current body is 182cm and 85kg ish. A lot of localized fat. How long until I see results?
And the worst part is my body is shit, when I'm bulking I start to gain a lot of fat on my legs and they start growing faster than my pecs and arms so I start to enter trex mode.

Being kinda fat really has no effect on your life if you're still active. Like a powerlifter or something who's around 20% is probably still totally fine.
But I assume it's one of the worst things ever if you're not an athlete.
