Why aren't you vegan yet fatties?
I heard that they switched to vegan. Is that true? If so why? They literally eat meat, cheese, and everything else everyday. It's a huge difference and it would be such a big jump. Why not go vegetarian for a while and then vegan. Are they doing this for more followers? Honestly don't get people who are vegitarian it vegan

I dislike SS because I don't progress very well with low reps (especially for squats) and because when I do squats and DL on the same day the fatigue from one interferes with the other.
I am a woman and I hate my body. I spend an unhealthy amount of time looking at my body in the mirror. I think people judge me because of my body even though I weigh a healthy 118 lbs at 5' 3". I believe that all everyone sees is my body and nothing else. Every time I pass by a window or something with a reflection, I turn my head to look at my self. What's even worse is that I'll look in the mirror , like what I see, then 2 hours later look again and be disgusted with my body. I fear that if this continues I might never find a partner that I can be comfortable showing my body to. Does anyone else experience these thoughts as well, even though they have a normal body?
