Doesn't matter. What matters is doing your heavy compounds. If you have 6 days a week to spare do PPL I guess.
BCAA content and digestion/absorbtion rare is the most important.
IMO whey + casein mix is the best. You can get milk protein that is whey + casein in the ratio it's naturally found at in milk.

You should add some speed/power work for shits and giggles at the end of your accessories or whatever. It's good for when you play a game of basketball or frisbee or boxing with your buds, whatever your chosen fuck-around pastime.

Yep, but your progress in the long run will be very slow compared to a guy, gals built 50% less muscle mass than guys, also, a lot of womans are into oly lifting and powerlifting, you just need to train.
Woman can't build mass to save their life, but they can build some pretty respectable strength, even natty. Which is why they tend to go for power lifting and oly lifting. Or crossshit.

Hey /fit/, I want to buy weightlifting shoes, but I don't know which ones.
I've heard that the Adipowers are very popular and good, but they are a little expensive for my budget.
Looking through Amazon, I found pic related, the adidas Powerlift2, which are a little more unexpensive while still looking good. Are they good for my first weightlifting shoes?
Should I buy them, or are there better deals? Any recommendations or tips when buying weightlifting shows off the internet (i.e. what size to choose, etc)?

That depends on your feet, take a look what size your other shoes are.
powerlift 2.0 heels tend to compress under heavy loads, get the power perfect 2s, they have a higher heel and dont compress at all
for sizing, just get your converse size - worked for me for my power perfects

I shower at home because I live 2 min away from my gym and have a jacuzzi I like to chill in while chatting up qties on ma phone.
If I'd shower at the gym I'd take a clean set of clothes with me + flip flops.
I don't have a gym bag... I wear my gym clothes to the gym and change when I get home. I notice people giving me strange looks though... It's just so much easier and comfortable to do it at home...
