What kind of earbuds/phones/eardphones/whateverthefuck do you guys use? I have tiny ears so most fall out easy. Also is there any other alternatives for my phone other than my pocket or one of those silly armband holders?
buy picrelated, it's like 40$ online and far superior to any... pretty much everything else
You will thank me later. Sansa Clip
You know how ugly bitches are always posting "Fat Is Beautiful" and such shit? We are always making fun of them here, laughing at their retarded and enraging posts. Then there was that project-harpoon thing? I thought, for those of you that are instigators here, how hard would it be to start a "Bro Is Beautiful" trend. Making posts about being swole, being a bro, and posting bro pics. How pissed would the tumblrinas get? Would they try to CENSOR such a trend? I think it could develop into something interesting...
why are there so many guys who think lifting makes them into a macho man? For most of them it's their sole form of exercise . It seems like the equate masculinity with being swole. so what I'ma sking is why do people thing lifting makes them hot shit?
I murdered hajj for a year in the mountains of Kush and when I went home brolords made fun of me for being skinny while their overly tanned and fake blonde girlfriends giggled. Nobody really gives a fuck about anything unless they can visually observe it.
Are they a scam?
Not an outright scam, as there is some benefit to using them due to the added stability they provide. But many lifters have done fine without them, and both dress shoes and work boots provide much the same sort of support. I use them occasionally.

>How many can you do in a single set?
>Which type do you prefer?

Gonna do 100kg weighted Pullups tomorrow before the New Year starts. Wish me luck senpaitachi.
My gym doesn't have monkey bars
Only these gimmicky shit on top of the cable machines and some wide grip things on the power rack
I've been at 3x3 for a while now, I'm like 8kg overweight though.
Could never really do many (2 or 3).
Moved to home gym, started focusing on Pendlay rows(no way to do pullups) and losing weight.
Fast forward ~10 months, down 50lbs, go to a "bootcamp". Rattle off a set of 20.
>is this what making it feels like?
>that guy who yawns in between sets
>Get complains from about loud deadlifts
How do I diddly 410 for reps quietly?
>lifting seriously in a fuccboi gym
Also thanks for letting us know how much you deadlift, not like its relevant or something but glad you could tell your internet friends.
Confess your sins to the bulk/cut God Mac, he who gained then lost 60lbs in 3 months
Last since it was the holidays I said fuck it and only worked out like 3 times also ate over my calorie cut. I feel shame.
>Stepfather gifts me Gym Membership
>Gym is 2 miles away
>Says he won't drive me there
Does anyone here on /fit/ experienced hell like this?
How do you guys even get to the gym when mom and daddy dont drive you ;_;
>tfw a 6/10 rejected me on grindr
>tfw im making a fake profile with a 10/10 just to make him feel like trash and call him ugly and fat
>tfw im gonna call fat, ugly, shortie or bald every average looking guy on this city
>tfw they will feel terrible over their insecurities
>tfw i will leave them scarred
>tfw I will get revenge
You should of just lifted more instead of settling for otter mode.

Why haven't you learned how to fight yet?
Surely you don't think your 2 plate bench will get you out of trouble or protect your waifu from the bad mens
I remember when I first started going to the gym, I believed that everything under 405 on squats or deadlifts was babbyweight. Now after one year when I squat like 365 I think that it's impressive since there is no one in my gym that I've ever seen that squats more, and I feel like a beast repping that shit even though by /fit/ standards it's fucking shit.
I believe that it's a physiological disadvantage that keeps me from progressing.
Has any one else had this problem? How do you get rid of it?
Stop going to /fit/
Stop comparing yourself to others, IRL or online
Stop labeling your weights. It doesn't matter if 400 lbs is "heavy" or "babbyweight", it's 400 lbs
>there is no one in my gym that I've ever seen that squats more
that's because most people/trainers understand the stupidity in heavy compounds and opt for safer isolation exercises
