Girls like me dont waste time on a workingclass nobody
So, my girlfriend wants to join my gym to lose weight, she wants to drop from 89Kg to at least 70Kg.
I will take her to the gym everyday to train with me, and im sure that the exercise routine will work, but im concerned about her diet.
Basically, im on a bulking diet, she would need a cutting diet, and I don´t really know what she should eat.
Could anyone give me some meal examples that she could eat that would be filling and help her lose weight?
Also, I will buy her a thermogenic to speed up her weight loss, any reccomendations on a good one?
is it even worth lifting with this gyno?
That looks more like fat and water retention. Men with real gyno will have real tits, whoever is in this pic is just a fatass that probably drinks soda daily and eats a shitload of fast food.
well if you start lifting you can reduce the gyno and then later on you can have the real(non fat) gyno removed.
I'm 24 with a dad-bod-in-training. I want to become lean, but all I see are threads for getting huge. Obviously eating less, and better are imperative; but what should my focus be in exercise?
You got fat (if you're not skinny or ripped, you're fat, don't delude yourself, fatty) because you ate too much and didn't move enough. You want the opposite of weight gain to happen. What can you logically deduce to be the solution to your problem?
Say fit, can you do a Victorian?
what about dream machine variations, why did you stop training gymnastics strength?
sucks to suck
Rope climbs = rock climbing
deadlifts = corpse carries
power cleans = log lifts
squats = carrying comrades
press = throwing projectiles at enemies
rows = boat rowing
bench = useless
just found out that I've had gonnohrea for the past year.
Could this have impacted my gains? what kind of effects do stds have on gains?
picking up my antibiotics tonight, fuck this shit
Hey, /fit/, so I started lifting about 4 months ago. I'm really pleased with my progress, but not with my back. I hate working out my back. The range of motion is more limited and I never go away feeling satisfied. As of now, I basically stick to wide rows and neutral grip bent-over rows.
Anyone have any good tips or insights for working out your back with dumbbells? Care to share routines, etc.
Pic related, my goal back m8s.
I went to the gym and squatted 110kg for 10 reps and 4 sets at 68kg + working out for 2 and a half years. Is this considered strong or do I have a long way to go?

Does eating clean make a noticeable difference to your body composition?
Say I was getting my micronutrients but still occasionally eating biscuits, donuts and cheez whiz for example, would it actually benefit to switch to a macro controlled diet and would it result in a lower BF and better muscle preservation?
This is all assuming maintenance calories and excluding excercise, so does clean eating stand on its own and and there any good scholarly articles around that discuss this?
OP it matters hugely what you eat, calories in calories out and IIFYM are huge meme diets. There was one stidy i read that had people on a 2000 calorie diet of whole healthy foods vs a group that was on a 2000 high sugar and fat diet and the latter group suffered in every health indicating department.
Anyone ever thought about or built their own home gym? It's a little sad but it's becoming a life goal of mine to build up a half decent gym so that I don't even have to leave the house to workout.
I have OP. Great decision. I've saved probably close to my initial investment from not needing gym memberships so far. I pick the music, I don't wait for equipment, I know the weights will be racked.
Great fun inviting bros around to lift heavy too.
there is nothing wrong with becoming independent for working out.
Also, what do you need anyway?
Barbell, weights, a squat rack, a horizontal bar and some dumbbells / a roman chair for accessory exercises.
Pretty much for 1-1.5 years of gym expenses you can buy your own. It's a no brainer for me if you have the space.
pic related: he doesn't have the space and still has done it
I know I'm a fat fuck. But I'm looking for a body fat estimate. Also CBT
Looks like me a month ago, how much do you weigh?
What is the most naturally fit animal out there?
Anyone have more examples of "lifting doesn't make you not ugly"?
So I'm coming down from the holiday weekend sugar & carb rush... is it a good idea to do a 2 day water fast to help reboot my system and clear out all the bullshit?
