Hey /fit/, I'm a retard that got drunk and ANGERED and decided to punch a wooden door frame as hard as I could because I needed to smash something but I didn't want to put a hole through the wall.
So it happened close to two weeks ago, knuckles no longer hurt, but area circled in pic hurts whenever I grip and lift stuff. Any pressure on my palm underneath pinky activates pain mode. So I guess no gains for me.
And it's not crazy painful either, just like a 4/10 pushing hard on a bruise kinda pain, uncomfortable enough to stop me from lifting at least.
The most worrying part is how long it's been hurting, anybody have any idea if it's something serious or if just waiting it out will be fine?

Really fucking autistic and I know for a fact I probably couldn't stand 5 minutes of being around him in person due to his autism. But he makes some-what slightly entertaining videos shitting on all the fitness guru fags which sometimes gives me a laugh. He is extremely biased when it comes to veganism and animal welfare and often tells half-truths and often spreads downright false information based on flawed/inconsistent data that can usually easily be refuted. I respect his love for the creatures on our planet.

Ok /fit/ I need your help.
My New Years resolution is to lose weight. I'm currently 5'7" 325 pounds @ 20 years old. I already signed up for a month of gym membership and I already got a workout plan set up.
I just need help with my diet. I know that I shouldn't eat many calories obviously, but what the fuck do I eat that doesn't have many calories and is filling? I hate eating shit like broccoli so that won't work. Any suggestions?

Two weeks here and honestly I still feel the urge everyday, I'm lucky that there are holidays right now and I don't have to socialize that much.
I'm afraid of when I have to go back to uni and meet all of my smoking friends, I fear that I won't be able to resist going back.
I quit about 8 months ago after snoking ten years. My caffeine intake has gone up by like 10x but id rather be a coffee freak than someone who cant breathe. Protip: smoking isnt the end,of the world, just because you fucked up and smoked once,or,teice doesnt mean you failed to quit and are a smoker again.
don't spend 500$ a months on new toys and overpriced brand liquid, don't vape in public and don't try to indoctrinate people into it

Push vs Pull
For the rest of your life you can ONLY do push (press, squat, dips, etc) movements, or pull (rows, deads, pull ups, etc) movements. Which do you choose and why?
What cardio can you do if you are mentally ill and don't like going outside in fear of people watching you do cardio and judging you?
I also feel kinda self conscious when jogging or running, but cycling makes me feel cool. If you are that agoraphobic then I suggest Stationary bike or regular bike on rollers at your house. And also see a therapist
