/fit/nerds I need your help!
I have lost a large portion of body fat over the years. I used to work out 3 days a week than worked my way to 5 my diet is pretty good. But I do not really have a set diet. I have hit a brick wall and I am doing nothing but staying in the same spot it's like runnin in quick sand. I have not seen a change in my body fat or muscle gains... Any advice
I also have no energy and no want to go to the gym! I lack the motivation now!
What is the best solution?

I had plans of travelling to another country (in fact booked plane ticket+hotel) but everything went to shit for reasons I'm not going to bother to think about anymore. What is done is done and I learned my lessons. Now I'm going to spend it all alone at home. Going to eat like everyday, workout like everyday and go to sleep early like everyday and make sure next year I have actual reasons to fucking celebrate.

Man I get eating healthy I love it but cannot understand why you guys cook food which looks so bland and depressing. Is it really that hard to put a few minutes into seasoning or making a little sauce to go with it? It'll still fit the macros and actually taste good
