I used to run 2 miles at a time once every few days. I upped my mileage to 4 miles per run but around a month later I started getting severe tightness in pic related around a mile into my runs.
I stretch like a mofo every day, but still can't even run but 1 mile before the tightness kicks in, and arch-supporting insoles don't help.

Aight /fit/ it's time for you all to decide if I recomp or cut. I started out skinnyfat and bulked cause that seemed to be the prevailing opinion. I'm not 5'11 178lb and maybe around 25%BF. I want to start losing the fat but I realize if I cut I'm still cutting to hungry skele, maybe the bottom of otter if I'm lucky.
