I'm almost on the middle of my first cycle (week5), everything is going good, I started at 73kg and I'm right now at 84kg, maybe a little more since I got my body measured last week. According to the measurements, I've gained 5 kgs of muscle, 5 of water, and no fat (I did a measurement before the cycle). The thing is, that I'm at 16%BF, and I wanna end the cycle at least with visible abs, but I also want to gain more mass, specially on my delts, I've been clean bulking for the last 5 weeks. Is it bad to use your phone at the gym if its for gym purposes? Obviously done be texting or calling or ripping thru insta, but for music and fitness apps?
I get dirty looks as I use bodybuilding.com's app. It helps me plan and keep track, plus i use my phone for music! But I always feel like a shitbag after finishing a set, tracking my reps and weight then changing up my song.
Are people over reacting or am I just an asshole?
Also, Bodybuilding.coms app is buggy as fuck and slow, so post top tier fitness and diet apps.
