the most drastic reason for this, and also easiest to fix. Is the muscles on the very back of your neck, opposite of your throat. they are pulling too tightly which is the main trigger for everything else. Your spine follows the position of your head.
Do the stretch where you pull your chin to your chest for 15 sec, 1 min rest 3 sets, 3 times a week till fixed.

Hey /fit/, I need your help.
So lately I've been suffering from vague health problems and it's been causing me a lot of stress. Especially since some of it concerns my eyes, and not being able to see suddenly is scary as shit.
Now I'm not usually a stressful person, but I can see this get a lot worse in the future and I need a way to keep it together mentally, and maybe ideally calm my body down as much as possible. So I want to try meditation.
I tried looking at some books but I'm a bit confused by how many types of meditation there...

I would also highly recommend the app Headspace, there's something like 10 days free and that will get your started. I found it very helpful.
Also I would recommend focusing on forming a habit of meditating daily before you start trying to meditate for long periods of time right off the bat. Just start with like 1 or 2 mins a day, seriously no more than that. I know you can do more, DON'T. The...

So I just bought a trainer for my bike. Problem is I need to install training tire for my back wheel. I can change a wheel no problem but this yellow wheel from hell is impossible to put on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You don't have to use the training tire. if you have a road tire that will work fine but it will slip every so often. If you can't get it on yourself, get a cycle shop to do it for you.

I've tried it. The drawback is that you need exponentially more time in each the better you get.
You'll end up needing to excercise 8 hours c'mon you gotta eat big to get big if you do both and get good at them.
If you're a pro athlete, there are no drawbacks because working out is already your job.
