Do you consider yourself a big guy? If so, what routine did you use, and how long did it take?
I've been doing Starting Strength for almost a year, but I'm still a small guy.
I do a PPL routine twice a week.
Flat BB Bench Press
Incline BB Bench Press
BB Shoulder Press
DB Shoulder Press
Lat Pulldowns (reverse grip)
21s with the EZ Curl Bar
BB Sumo Deadlift

I saw a bunch of people who were obvious resolutioners that didn't really know what they were doing.
One guy put his bath towel over the entire length of the lat pulldown bar.
Another guy used bumper plates on the bench.
That's about it.

I still deadlift.. Squats I do with 60kg once a week (wouldn't have a problem with not doing them at all anymore though).
I do Push/Pull 4-6 times a week
There is one thing that bothers me about lifting and fitness. As i grow older i find pale delicate milk white skin very attractive on me and girls , yet most of the people who are into fitness are fucking orange , why is that? Do you tan?

Currently doing IC 5x5 and the warmups before the mainlifts are depleting all my energy. Also I do cardio before starting to lift.

you breathe in before a really heavy lift. the problem is your butthole is releasing that air thats why you use a lifting plug to keep the air in and keep the core nice and tight.
