I really love soda, even though it's so bad for me. Soda is just a pleasure thing for me, and I can stop drinking it at any time, but I've gone for like half a year now without any and my life has drastically deteriorated pleasure wise.
Any tips for an alternate? Maybe Arizona? I've been drinking orange juice and adding mio to my water when I need a beverage with flavour, but it's just not doin it anymore.

So I'm pretty new to lifting and have noticed that stretch marks are forming at my bicep such as pic related. Is there something I'm doing wrong or a way to prevent/get rid of them. I don't want to stop working out but stretch marks up my bicep are going to kill my confidence that I'm working towards getting.
If this was ur gf, would you want her to lose weight?
Wait for the baby for an easy 8 pound loss. And just have her start working out, there's so many women who do absolutely nothing and she is clearly one of them. Also have her eat less or burn more than she takes in. I could maybe have her read the sticky.

8 days ago i did too many sets/reps of deadlift. i broke a PR while going the same amount of reps (5) with a higher weight - which was fucking stupid of me.
