I didn't read all your faggot post. But Trans fat should be 0. A half gram a day (which can be acquired from milk and eggs and shit) is going to do nothing. Grams of it is different.
Saturated fat is harmless in moderation and in the context of a healthy individual (eating veggies, exercising, is lean, etc). Maybe 1/3 of total fat intake as saturatrd fat is more than acceptable.
Also realize that only like half, not even, of fat in meat is saturated. Probably the best source of sat fat is some specific oils from plants (coconut, palm oil, etc) and fatty dairy products. The amount of saturated fat in meat is definitely overstated.

Rowing is great, it is the activity with which you can supply the most energyif you where to connect a generator, and while most cardio most you weak and skeleton, rowing makes you strong and manly, only downside is that it trains unbalanced, train your abs pecs and triceps to make it for it

Yes and no. If you want to get fatter eat a lot of food and don't exercise. If you want to gain muscle mass exercise using weight training and eating. There is no secret code to anything or method that works inherently better than another method.
The best method is whichever one you feel more comfortable doing or whatever motivates you the most.

I know it seems bleak. The girl I thought I'd spend the rest of my life with left me. Said she didn't love me and wasn't attracted to me anymore. Almost killed myself a few times. Decided if I was going to change I had to make it happen. Started with body weight moved to lifting. I'm bulked with a big beard now. I still feel suicidal but when I lift it all goes away. You're only 3 months in. Stick with it, it will get better as you get better

If you're ever "chubby" you're doing it wrong, regardless of natty status (assuming you want to look good).
"Bulking" should mean "start at 8-10% and bulk up to 10-12% before cutting".
It should not mean "eat like a fucking pig and get up to 25% while lying to yourself about how much muscle is hiding beneath your fat rolls".

The benefits? You can gym butt naked, any time you want, while you have food cooking in the oven for your post workout meal. No wasting time looking at dyel bitch tits and waiting for equipment.
As for essentials, bar, plates, incline decline bench, squat rack to use with bench, pullup bar, I'd throw dip station in there too but you can get that on some squat racks to save space, and a thick mat if you have iron plates. That's the essentials really.
