I'm about to start my cut for this year. What are some low calorie/low fat breakfasts ?
I usually skip breakfast on a cut. It's easier for me knowing I have more calories left for the rest of the day. Sip on pic related until lunch and it keeps me from being too hungry.

Has anybody here used them? If so, what were your stats and what results did you get?
i've never tried them but how can you take something that is so new and untested? id rather take test because its effects and side-effects and well known. there are SARMs that have side effects that fuck up your vision, for example.
They're new but there's enough known about them that they don't pose a real risk to one's health or hormonal panel.
If you look at the studies done on SARMs, the most significant risk is lowering HDL.

I got no sleep and I'm wondering if I could eat without gaining a pound. All I ate yesterday was 12 Oz of skinless chicken thigh, 190 calories worth of baby carrots, a small green apple, and 2 20 Oz cups of coffee with creamer.
I'm trying to fix my sleep schedule.
Who do you guys go to to check form?
I've been lifting for about a month but i get this continuous pain in my groin, I think my form's off
Should I ask a PT or just another lifter using barbells?
Watch lots of youtube videos, then try video taping yourself in the same kinds of angles.
Do not ask 99% of PT's. They don't know the difference between a pec deck machine and a bench press.
In what ways are you genetically doomed/blessed?

Doomed: hairloss at a young age, very average face, ingrown toe nails(hurts like hell when they grow)

How the fuck am I supposed to compete, guys? It's literally impossible when you notice how every woman flocks to males like this, without even counting the amount of coalburners.
How do I slay in a club?
If your game sucks then show up later. Make sure you're a bit drunk but not stupidly so, when the place is about to close is when women are most desperate, most of the attractive/self respecting women have left and you can pick off the stragglers.
Clubs are far too much like the serengeti.
Every article or comment I read about losing weight always mentioned tracking calories as the most important part.
I'm trying to knock off some fat myself and I find it hard tracking the exact number of calories because of the different homemade recipes of chicken or vegetables I consume of whose macros are always inconsistent .
I'm 23, 6', 85kg and some 22% bf. How about I just eat healthy, roughly around my TDEE?
It was necessary for me. I didn't look at it like counting cals. Instead, it was more like a budget of how much food I can eat each day. I could enter in the food and see how many cals/macros I had remaining in the day. This also allows me to have sweets here and there if my remaining cals/fat/sugar/carbs allowed. You end up guessing a lot but after a while you get better at estimating.
How will you know if you are eating at roughly your TDEE?
The numbers don;t need to be exact, it isn't difficult to measure the individual ingredients of a recipe then add them to a calorie tracker like myfitnesspal or cron-o-meter.

How do I prevent pic related from happening again? I'm so fucking sick of failing deadlifts because I can't hold on to the bar. (Yes, I'm already using chalk, my forearms are just that weak.)
Was this a one rep max attempt?
If so, don't work your max deadlift too often, you'll burn yourself out, what helped me is during my working sets, on the last rep of my last set, I would just hold the weight for as long as possible. I've held 5plates in my hands for at least 10-15 seconds. Shit will burn and hurt but it will help.
The only way to get better at deadlifts (including grip) is to do more deadlifts.

Decided to break up my max testing into separate days this week, as I'm not competing for quite some time and it'd be better for seeing what my actual maxes are for the upcoming training cycle. So, here was squat day.
No commentary this time, mostly because I wanted to play with sound effects again. Probably gonna have a commentary on the next episode, which will be testing out my bench max.
