I've been lifting for a month and I asked the trainer at my gym to show me how to do deadlifts and ohp. He said he wouldn't do it because I could injure myself and he'd be responsible. He told me to do sets on shoulder press machine and it would have the same effect as ohp.

I'm not talking about everyday drinking, but when you get invited to a party 1 or 2 times per month only retard would destroy his social life because few empty calories.
I used to drink vodka and redbull at the parties, but recently I switched to pic related with cocacola and lime, it's very tasty and I don't have hangover next day.
High quality red wine.
It tastes great, doesn't get me drunk too fast, and there's literally no hangover.
A bottle is enough for an entire evening/night, and it just ruins my cal deficit for the day, not more.
If I'm going out, I drink 2-3 beers and a glass of Whisky.
I think beer? It's mostly fairly low percentage alcohol , can be enjoyed with food or without it - doesn't need to be mixed and probably is never mixed. It is also very much socially acceptable drink even in the middle of the day.
Plus it tastes good if you know what kind of beer you like , i just hate strong alcohol and can't stand the taste of it , it doesn't feel like i'm relaxing like i am with sipping beer
