I lift in the morning, then the next evening, then take a rest day. Fat gains are minimal. I can't believe I used to eat a surplus 36+ hours after lifting

I am 18. started going to the gym from summer and I am never going to make it because of my diet and retarded parents.
I last year of high school and my mom says she wont make seperate meals just for me. I said OK ill make can you at least buy some meat. She said fuck no. With my students stipend I can buy some rice and some meat but its realyl enough for maybe 1 week / month because I have to buy a monthly bus card. I get a bit less than 50 euros monthly.
They just dont get diet required for lifting. '

Can someone recommend me a good 4 day routine? 2 days lifting on weekend, 2 days during week. I am intermediate lifter.
I work a full time job and do masters degree part time
I wake up at 7am, in the gym 8-9:30, classes from 10-12, lunch/studying, 2-10pm working, travel home late dinner by bed 11:30pm
