Just find alternative foods, dont fully cut out junk at the start because face it, you cant do that, your willpower as it is now is ruined after years of repetition. If you're having a bad day, if you're having a good day, even if you're bored youre just used to stuffing your face and people are full of habits and addictions and changing those, especially when it comes to eating better are for life.
What I've been doing to cut back on the 'delicious' food we, in the 21st century are used to is simple replacement.

You will water fast for 1-3 days feeling like shit before you break and order a 3000 calorie pizza binge. If you happen to be successful you'll probably have a heart attack due to sodium/potassium/electrolyte imbalance and lose BEST case scenario, 10 pounds or so. Just do an EC stack and stop thinking you can be the special snowflake exception that doesnt have to put in time to get results.

My left hip is raised higher then my right hip. I think this has caused my left shoulder to be in pain during workouts due to imbalance. Is there any way I can fix this?

Why do we have this sexist divide between male and female locker rooms? Shouldnt everyone just use the same facilities and shower together if we are commited to an equal society? I used to be a relatively fit dude up until 21 when I started drinking a lot; I picked up music and all the comes with it (playing shows,drinking all night, doing drugs mmmkay,etc.) and neglected my workouts and diets. I've been drinking pretty regular since for 4 years.
Two years ago I started drinking a lot heavier than usual (half- a whole bottle of alcohol) about 5-7 times a week until it caused problems with people around me after about a year. I cut straight alcohol out almost entirely and started drinking beers for the past year.

I went to AA
Dropped 60 pounds in 6 months from not drinking (still are like garbage)
Started lifting a year ago went from like 215 down to 185 and now I'm a sold 195.
Only you can decided of you need a program (AA). The bonus for me is never having to try and figure out my diet because I don't drink at all anymore.
I just turned off this switch in my head. I don't have this crazy urge to drink only on occasions such as football games and the social outings. Did you have withdrawal symptoms at all?
I really drank because I would get high and sometimes get anxiety/paranoid high so id use it to counter. Stopped smoking for prospects of better income so the urge isn't strong at all.
