If you eat bc you are hungry, it works awesome at losing weight since you arent hungry. If you eat for entertainment, anti anxiety, anti depression, or to compensate for not having good emotional coping skills it will do FUCK all.
Basically, it kills your appetite and stims you the fuck out so you don't feel exhausted and shitty with less food.
what above said, it absolutely destroys hunger. Took it at 7 am this morning, all I have had to eat was a protein shake after working out and peanut butter sandwich, and i'm not even remotely hungry
So i've been doing kickboxing 3-4 times a week for about 5 months now and have my first fight in february. My cardio is good but I have literally no visable/defined muscle anywhere. No abs, No biceps, No chest, No traps.
What can I do to build muscle but maintain my current weight of 75kg? I'm doing body weight exercises in classes (Press-ups/Sit-ups/Squats etc) but do should I do free weights aswell?
