Is there any remote chance of this guy being natty, guys?
So after I successfully pulled 125 kg for a set of 5, I accidentally loaded up the same weight the next week, which felt easy. But the week after that, being a retard I am, I intentionally loaded 135 kg, which I could pull for only 3 reps. So I loaded 130 kg this week and I couldn't do more than 2 fucking reps.
What the fuck is going on? I am eating enough, and even increased the amount of food I am eating recently. Remember, not only is my deadlift stalling, it is also going down.
I am doing SS's advanced novice version by the way.
There's very little information in the sticky and overall on this forum as to how to get a 6 pack.

I think that was pretty obvious. It's just a source of proteins and it doesn't claim to be superior to other sources of protein. It's usually cheap and convenient.
That's already common knowledge, protein powder isn't magic. It's just "food" as far as your body can tell. It just makes it easier and quicker to get the amount of protein you need, but it doesn't do anything you CAN'T do with real food.

I was shoulder pressing with DBs today. Did a set of 10 with 30kg dbs, felt like had more in the tank. Wanted to go up, gym doesn't have 32.5s so I picked 35s. I literally couldn't kick em up and start the set. I must've looked like a try-hard dumbass.
Give me some tips on how to get em in position to start the set please.

In my mind, gym has always been a way to be better at another sport, not an actual sport in itself (except of course for Oly lifting).
Now, I've only recently learned that there is a legit cult around it, i.e. championships, news sites, even star players like Rich Froning.
What does it have more tha an usual gym? Why does it attract so many people?
Crossfit is mainly an invention by bored first-worlders who feel they have too much time, are too healthy and have too much money.
It's always like that when people live are a little too wealthy and secure, they either try to help the poor to make the world fairer, get fat and lazy to satisfy their gluttony or literally try to kill themselves to "feel alive" or whatever.
Crossfit is the latter.
I am working on being able to do things like pic related or the splits. I usually stretch at least after every workout, but I was wondering if I possibly could speed up the process a little.
How often and strong can I stretch without weakening the muscles too much or even injuring them. Any aditional tips are also appreciated.

I heard stretching after the workout won't increase your mobility cause the muscles are tight and you will just get them back to original size.
Also foam rolling worked better for me for some reason
