What the heck is anabol? A pro hormone or do you mean anadrol? Either way I know you guys will never listen but nine times out of ten you'll end up smaller than before and waste your potential first cycle gains. Also steroids don't show in urine test
your standard military piss test only goes for drugs like canabis, cocaine, mdma, etc.

It's 100% legit but it's not some magical god ol like faggots would have you believe. Of course you're going to lose weight if you don't eat for 16 hours a day. Less time eating is less time being a fatass is less total cals in a day. Easy mode is not eating a while before bed waking up 8 hours later (ideally) having some black coffee and water for the rest of the time til you can break your fast.
I'm pretty new to /fit/, but it is definitely a good way to lose weight.
I did a 36 hour fast once a week for four months and lost 40 lbs (210 to 170).
I've since started lifting and still fast once a week, though only for 24 hours.
Not yet committed enough to count calories or macros. Just trying to eat a lot of protein and maintain a weight that fits most of my clothes.
Don't fall for the meme. Short fasts do not fuck up metabolism. If anything they help your metabolism.

Anyway, I was reading about proper breathing today, which revolves the use of your diaphragm. Up until now, I've been breathing so that my chest and shoulders rise when I breath, (which apparently is the incorrect way to breath). This is mainly a consequence of me having to keep my stomach tight so that it doesn't protrude like a pregnant woman's stomach. The picture is me with my stomach tight. no but really when you think about it anything is not natty just like creatine and protein. your best bet is to disregard them all and focus on supplemental nutrition to meet your macros. I take a creatine supplement but otherwise I'm able to meet my macros with just food. some people have a hard time doing that though, so they have to take creatine supplements. I don't take a creatine supplement though, since I just get it through food
Lol, it's so cheap, you can pretty much get it anywhere and you won't be wasting money. Get the powder, don't waste your time with the pills, powder is cheaper anyways. Take 5g a day, every day. I haven't noticed any repercussions from it and I been taking for 1 1/2 years. Your parents will probably think its steroids so just take it in private, don't even bother trying to explain it to them. It's fine, not some scary bodybuilding drug. Enjoy your gains.
