It can't hurt to try increasing fiber intake (from pasta or chicory root extract is best from personal experience), drinking prune juice, and elevating your feet when pooping. It could be internal hemorrhoids instead of external.

It won't make the milk last any longer, that's for sure. I'd put a protein shake in your fridge and leave it for a few days and see as a sample size instead of wasting 2 weeks of powder like that and it turns out it makes it go bad faster.

Why is so much ethnic food still garbage? It made sense back in the day to eat dense, high calorie foods when you're farming or raising 6 kids all day. Everyone blames the Western diet, which is also shit, but most countries have urbanized and the citizens are sedentary or lightly active. Indian, Mexican, and many other ethnic foods are still horrifically high calorie and there's been no push to correct it. Will there ever be?
