I do them exactly like Ronnie Coleman but with less bouncing and far less weights. Ronnie Works his way up to 5pl8s. I use 2pl8 on my last set.

Hey /fit/, I've got a question that I'm you've all been asked countless times.
And that is, "How do I tighten loose skin during weight loss?" Currently I weigh in at around 98kgs-216lbs, and I really want to continue making the move to lose weight, as I've dropped from 112kgs-246lbs.
I understand that the goal of losing weight is to get healthy and stay fit but one of my biggest fears is that my skin will super loose afterward and be even more unattractive when I'm at my goal weight of 80kgs.
I would just like any tips and info you...

1.) Lose weight at reasonable pace
2.) Lift weights to "fill out" with more muscle
3.) Your skin will natural tighten over the course of a year after reaching target weight. Depending on your genetics and how much weight you lost it might go back all the way but wait some time before seeking out surgery
4.) Get the surgery
Some fags will probably know more about creams and lotions you can use or something

quite the opposite. for me the gym is non-negotiable. i have to eat all the time. a woman needs to fit into my set up, or she needs to go. ive found a woman who understands my lifestyle, and she has fit her whole life around what i do.
I used to be quite insecure about myself and fucking different attractive girls made me feel good (still does, but it's less important).
Now I'm a bit more comfortable with myself and want a real emotional connection with the girls I meet.

Trained seriously from 2011-2013 stopped in August 2013 started back January of 2016
1450 by the end of the year
Starting strength training in 2013 but I was incredibly active and fit from other activities and sports before that
1650 total by end of the year and cut to 240
Does anyone here on /fit have a stiff neck all the time? I figured I have mine because of lifting, since when I quit the gym for 4 months the neck stiffness was gone and I didn't have to stretch/pop it all the time.
What could be the problem here? Bad form?
Any /fit/izens with the same problem?
