6 month mark since I started going to the gym. What does /fit/ think of my progress? Not trying to be the hulk but wanted to gain some weight and get a little more definition. I've gained only 7lbs in the last 6 months and am eating a bit more but I naturally don't have much of an appetite. Any tips?

I used to have like C-D cup tits back when I was chubby, but I've gotten fit and now I'm more like A-B.
I've started doing heavier bench presses, will that help any? It's easy to make butt gains, is it just as easy to not be a fucking chestlet without implants?

How many cheat days do you allow yourself per month? I can usually get away with five, and still drop about 8-10 pounds.
A girl friend of mine wants me to put her together a fitness routine. She has done fitness classes but is a rank beginner with regards to weight training and wants her routine to mostly consist of machines. Any recommendations for a routine? I was thinking something fullbody like this, at least until she gains some strength:
all exercises with basically any machine that fulfills the purpose (push/pull/legs)

I just had about 50g of cheese on a sandwich (white bread) and my myfitnesspal basically shit itself with all the saturated fat.

imo skinny fags have a harder time getting gains than chubbyfat fucks that just need to cut and tone down their fat
A fat inactive person will for all practical discussion have to gain just as much muscle as a skinny guy. So being skinny is easier because you have less to cut.
Starting out with 10 extra pounds on your beginning lifts is not a major advantage
