World's best CS:GO player. How is he so fucking scrawny? I've noticed that I'm starting to find scrawny people disgusting. Like, it's actually makes me react negatively towards the sight.
No idea how people end up like that. I used to have a tutor that had impossibly thin arms. Like, I wasn't even aware it was physiologically possible to have thin arms like that. Back then I was as inactive as possible physically, but it still grossed me out.

What I'm gonna do is eat 275g of egg whites per day with nothing else other than some supps and take a 3k calorie refeed day every Sunday so I'm carb loaded on Monday for my volume work.
That turns out to just under 1000 calories per day with roughly 80% of my bodyweight in grams of protein.

260 lbs 6'3'' here
I've been going to the gym for about 2 months now but only just started squatting. I put on light weight to get used to it (60 kg) and i'm doing it properly i think(or at least trying to) but i don't feel any burn in my legs like when i'm doing lunges for example. Should i put on more? The bar is really uncomfortable on my back when i put on heavier weight tho.
They're helpful. Necessary is questionable. Extensions should give you both strength and safety(!) while deadlifting and squatting heavy ass weights.
My query: what are the benefits to farmer walks as compared to stationary/static weight holding?
Been doing SL 5x5 for a while. Lately Ive been adding weight only once a week so once every 3 sessions and not everytime like when I started because I just cant. It's still under SL 5x5 rules though its just closer to failure. Im not quite yet 1/2/3/4 pl8 but still heavy enough from the broscientists to be jelous. Pretty sure Im eating right. Does this mean Im an intermediate? Should I switch program, do exactly the same Ive been doing or tweak a little things like maybe 3x5 and do bench before squat since it's behind??

Greeks depicted ideals in those sculptures. Only athletes and some soldiers, heavy lifting workers, etc. were likely built like the sculptures (if they even were).
Most Greeks were probably ottermode from living the natty life.
Roman artwork tends to capture reality a bit more, but still, the people that were sculpted by the Romans were generally soldiers at one point in their life.
If you really want this mode, you want a thick core and big ass legs, large shoulders and upper chest, sculpted lower chest.
T.bh an Oly program with some weighted dips, chins, etc. as accessories would likely do the trick. Maybe some sprints to helo you get shredded after you put the weight on.
I would stick with SS/SL for now until you are putting up good numbers.
