I recently was unconscious and had to be rushed to the ER. While I was in the ambulance I came to somewhat. The one thing I definitely remember is one of the paramedics telling another one, "go ahead and put a catheter in him, no anesthesia" in a real snarky tone.

Since cardio does not help me lift more I just stretch for 15-20 minutes after each lifting session. I find it helps me more in the long run.
Anyone here have experience lifting with Scoliosis? Is Starting Strength still a good program?
I recommend DDP Yoga in conjunction with lifting. It's done wonders for my back.
