I don't know why, but fat Buddha really irritates me. According to the actual history books, Buddha was fit and athletic. Sure Buddha recommended being content and happy with ones life, but that's predicated on your life being on "the middle way", that is, you lead a nice where you balanced work, rest, exercise, etc.

I used to think this but they help train muscles used for weighted chin ups and rows. ez bar preacher curls are pretty sweet. They help with tucking your elbows in for pulling movements and seem to put your joints in the least danger compared to other curl variations. They are accessories though.
I want to gain weight. There's no more food in the fridge and I haven't eaten 3 meals in the past two days. Today I've just eaten 4 eggs 3 slices of bread 1 tortilla, then at 5pm a micro pizza and 1 liter of ice cream

Bike road racer here, yeah, most of /fit/ are pussies with no mental toughness, all they can stand is 5-6 reps of anything. 4 hours on a bike would kill them, even running more than 30 minutes would kill most of them.
Lifter here. Used to swim competitively, I like mountain biking. You may only go 8 miles in two hours, but the views and the calm of nature make it more enjoyable than any other cardio.
Is there any healthy and natural apetite supressors out there? I've been on anti-psychotics for 5 years now and they make my apetite endless, I could literally eat myself to death without feeling full.

how do you know when you should consider cutting?
I'm 6'7'' and am currently about 252 lbs after starting lifting skinny-fat at like 219 lbs. I've been lifting for about 2 years.
Anyways, at which point should you consider cutting? I'd like to look decent by summer, but I'm not sure if I should consider working on my lifts and putting on more mass.
I was thinking probably late March-April as well.
As someone who's never seriously cut... I got noob questions on that.
I'm currently on a ~4100 or so, surplus calorie diet. To maintain muscle, I plan on getting my necessary protein to maintain muscle, but should I simply just add about 30 minutes of daily cardio to bring my calories down to a deficit? Or should I both cut my calorie intake and add cardio? Thanks
There's a small gym at my apartment complex.
Chalk Bros come in, get more and more chalk over everything as their workouts go on.
None of them are even lifting truly heavy.
Are they being douche bags with their chalk in a small tiny gym frequented mainly by people who have no idea what they're doing.
