Creatine is storaged in your body and when the storages are full you don't gain anything more from it. And 3-5g per day is enough to keep the storages filled.

I had it for 2 years on and off and it sucked immensely... I took the summer off from my racket sport and with rest + ice it went away. Remember to stretch the wrist before any type of exercise

Just keep trying to run 5kms. Just because you go over the time doesnt mean you dont finish. If youre exhausted and need to walk for a sec, walk catch your breath and keep running. PT in the military is good too and the test isnt until a couple of weeks in. You'll make it. What country btw?

5 months ago I injured myself doing upright rows and have spent months with a physiotherapist and avoided working out, yet it still isn't healed? I do all the stretching and massaging bullshit at home too.
