Anyone sometimes feel like you're literally the only person that hasn't jumped on the "fake-natty" steroid stack?
Do you think all these guys that jump on the fake natty stacks are going to regret it in the future? Or are the fake natty stacks relatively safe dosages?
Ye, feels pretty bad, but then I had the biggest guy in my gym (natty lifting 15+yrs) tell me I was getting noticeably bigger so I had all the less reason to start using, and then I got home and felt I looked small as usual, feels bad, it's just a really slow process but I'll get there man, I will
Anyway time for some didly lifts
But you'll never achieve anything close to the fake natty stack, naturally.
If you're waiting around for something special to happen...you're going to be waiting forever.
You make 50%+ of your gains you'll ever make in the first 12 months. If you don't already look like a beast genetic freak after 2 year, you'll never look like one.
Is there anything better? It's kinda on the expansive side over here
Been using this to treat my breakout. Took me three months to find it.
Moisturizer when necessary(non comedogenic)
"that" ex walks into your gym for the first time with her new DYEL boyfriend and goes over close to you in weight area, what exercise do you do?
Does anyone on /fit/ box?
How long have you cunts been boxing?
How to tell if a gym is legit?
Is there still a retarded myth that boxers don't lift?
Lifting for strength does slow your punch speed down.
This effect is reversible, without a loss of strength.
Mostly through ballistic work and upper body plyometrics.... But that is only after you have achieved your desired strength level.
Only takes about 2-3 weeks of plyo type shit to get speed back.
Kickboxing is more fun
This guy is a world-class boxer, although he never has time to actually do any commercial fights, so no one ever hears about his immense skill in the sport
Sounds like a bunch of bro science. Maybe if you do curls all day.
If you train lifts that are explosive by nature (instant maximum muscle fiber recruitment) such as deadlifts or push presses, I don't see how it would effect punch speed negatively. Most if not all good boxers do weight training, especially heavyweights.
If you train to gain strength (more weight on the bar) on those exercises, how would it negatively effect your punch speed?
shit like this is why I'll never let my girlfriend touch free weights
>that kid who goes from machine to machine doing everything for 1 set
>full on retard sprint on treadmill for 10 sec
>no motor control
The legends are real... so which one of you summerfags is this
Hey /fit/, i'm a tall and slim guy, i'm not sure pic is needed cause lot of guys look like this , i've been wanted to tone a bit, some friends sent me videos where guys do things like 200 pushups a day for 20-30 days and show transformations , i'm not doing any sport, not going to gym or anything, i'm not getting fat when i eat a lot and stuff, so i wanted to do this but i'm not trained and shit, i can't even do more than 4 pushups in a row, is there any way i can accomplish this ? help me
You really won't gain or lose much in 30 days, all those "30 day transformation" pics are just meme fodder.
>The difference in that pic
get a gym membership, read the sticky and follow a good beginner program. Otherwise if you have no money and want to train at home:
>Get a Pullup bar
>maybe get a height adjustable bench
Alternatively if you want to build a full homegym a Squatrack, Barbell and Bench are a must.
Is there any routine that makes you lose fat and build muscle at the same time? I don' care if it's slow
What total do you think is strong? I don't mean elite world class strong.
Just when you hear these numbers they aren't weak
For me its this.
Impressive is this
My maxes are 335 bench 485 squat and 530 Deadlift.
So, those numbers are impressive to me. Once I surpass them they won't be impressive anymore.
Also, most people that have a 600 Deadlift have high bench and squats as well
B-brehs, sometimes i look at pics like this and I think.. I think I would give all my gains away in a snap to look like this. Sometimes I just wanna stop lifting caause no matter what goals I reach, it will never really be what I want.
What's wrong with me man?
Can you still gain muscle if you workout without a routine? i.e, you just lift freely without a routine until you feel like enough is enough with a rough estimation of how many you done
Is he natty?
>What is your everyday rutine?
All escapes have costs, drinking, smoking, drugs, hookers, binge eating ect.
Some cost more than others (in both cash and gains) but there seems to be no shortage of deeply unhappy people on /fit/;
So when you need an escape for a while, either from a fucked up event or just constant, overwhelming depression and you decide to make the trade of gains for relief,
>What is the best escape possible for the lowest gains cost?
