Haven't made it yet but I was always too shy to go to the gym. Eventually I said fuck it and it wasn't all that bad. I only go in the evenings though since I'm more confident then.
I've been going for 2 1/2 months now 4 times a week without an excuse not to go even once. Kinda proud of myself senpai.

health craze in America, college dudes love lifting again. so many protein products, gyms, lifting tips, etc. 16 to 30 year old dudes are looking good all the time now, competition should be fierce, but luckily women have never been more sluttier.

What are the pros and cons of just giving up on discipline and dirty bulking for the next few months?

eating over a 500cal surplus is of no beinifit... get at least 1g of protein per lean mass, get enough sleep, and play within your genetics
the only way you're going to get faster improvement is roiding, which is probably healthier than a dirty bulk desu
it's not beach season so no need to worry about being naked. if you bulk right you'll see solid gains over the next few months. since you're wrapped up in full sleeve clothes all the time, when you finish cutting and start walking around in a tank you'll look hella shredded

Took 400mg of caffeine before heading to the gym.
On my way out I decided to take a shit before leaving my home. After shitting I somehow forgot that I had already taken my caffeine and took it again before actually leaving. Realized what I have done on the drive to the gym.
Now I am at the gym but feel like shit and am shaking. What do? I feel like my heart is exploding. Anyone been this stupid before and kniw what can help me?

Also you'll barely do shit in two months, just work at it but don't look day to day, look on a larger span. Think about how much you improved from your start rather than your overal progress relative to the world.
As in, squatting 225 for 5 reps might be pretty weak in the big picture but compared to if you started shaking on 85lb squats that's quite a lot

Tomorrow is the day I wil start intermittent fasting, I will be following the lean gains schedule.
That is 16 hours of fasting followed by a 8 hour eating period.
Have any of you ever tried IF, if so what where your experiences.

I do 23h fast and 1h eating a big satisfying meal in the evening.
Feels good not worrying about food during the day, get up and get to activities I have to do.
Still have energy even for lifting and don't feel the after-meal heaviness during the day.
Sleep well because big carbs-loaded meal.
It was a bit hard the first few days but after that all right.
Think I've lost some fat too.
