personal trainers bully me everytime
i fail during a squat or during a bench press
they are so fucking annoying they also tell me
not to do ass to grass. i dont know how to make them stop.
Whats the problem with it? As long as you count your calories shouldn't you be fine?
Just started doing a 7 hour a day construction job and haven't lifted in about 8 days because I'm scared to lose gains, what should I do? I wanna do a calisthenics routine and also how much should I be eating now?
Hey /fit/ has anyone ever had trouble cancelling a gym contract? I recently got a homegym set for christmas and I have no need to go to the gym anymore.
I sent an email to them and they said that I was still committed for 7 months and that the only way I could cancel the contract is either through doctor's note, redundancy or relocation.
They also said I had fallen behind in payment even though I've paid on time every single month, I feel like they're trying to jew out every shekel out of me.
why are push ups so much easier to do than pull ups?
You're not moving as much of your weight up. lol
Dips are better compared to pullups. Still most people will have easier time with dips than pullups, partly cause better leverages, most people are stronger on pushes than pulls and less ROM.
I can do about 60-70 pushups withuot stopping. Can only do around 20 pullups in a row...
>yfw you realized all those fat shaming redditors in fat hate threads are actually fatties trying to shame themselves into losing weight because they can't find any real motivation or self-discipline within themselves to lose weight
holy shit how pathetic are these losers?
You are /reddit
That's it, nobody who uses 4chan likes those threads.same posts over and over again only a redditor can repeatedly find the same thing funny again and again because their brains are under developed like a child watching the same episode of dora the explorer over and over.
When they say 1lb protein / bodyweight does that mean that if I weight 200 pounds I have to eat 200 lb of chicken? What the fuck that is expensive as shit. 1lb chicken breast is gonna cost like 5 dollars, so if I weight 200 lb it's gonna cost me 1000 a day just on protein?? Fuck that shit
Now think how hard it is for vegans to get that 1lb protein / 1lb bodyweight.
That's like a tree a day.
It's why that green alien dude has made no gains, he's constantly on the toilet shitting out all that fibre.
Calum von Moger just posted a link of someone calling VGains a "niggerfaggot"
I might be overthinking this, but what do when you have reached your desired weight/strength ?
I like lifting but I have no intention of becoming a powerlifter/bodybuilder.
Don't be dipshits pls.
>set new goals. They don't need to be about size/strength, but maybe you wanna learn a sport or be able to do a one-armed pullup, or whatever
>keep lifting, but a bit less, to maintain. Use the time to read books, improve your social life, train for a better job, go travel...
>quit lifting. Slowly lose the body you worked hard to get. Re-start after a year. Or don't and become a normie.
You'll make new goals. They might be to join a sports team, to compete in something, to move bigger weights; there's a lot of things that happen.
You might not have the intention to be a body builder or powerlifter, but might do something with it just for kicks. I went out and did rowing for my university just for kicks.
I'm gonna cut off a mole that looks like pic related with nail clippers. It's about 3mm wide and raised.
Don't have the money to get it done professionally.
How do I make it safe/painless. Was thinking of numbing with ice then just doing it super quick.
Alright /fit/ how do I do pushups? I wanna get gains at home(because poor and sick parents) but I can't do a single one. I'm 5'9 and 168 pounds
/fit/ says: Eat unprocessed food.
But where the fuck should I get it?
>Store-bought "100%" orange juice is yellow.
>If you mix it with sparkling water, nothing really happens.
>Freshly squeezed orange juice is orange.
>If you mix it with sparkling water, it foams like a motherfucker.
>Store-bought "fresh full-fat milk" has 3.5% fat.
>It goes bad after 2 weeks...

>what's the difference between a home juicer that gets the juicer and an industrial juicer that literally turns the entire orange into liquid and then is probably dehydrated and frozen and rehydrated an shit
gee i wonder
Hey guys, former ham-planet here, i've dropped about 100lbs over the last year and have been looking into building some muscle to fill out my loose skin. I'm incredibly weak and dont know anything about what to do in the gym so i hired a personal trainer to teach me the ropes, he asked me what my goals are and put me on some different machines to get a feel of the weights after which we discussed my diet.
He told me in order to reach my goals of bigger arms and traps i need to be eating as much of that body part as possible, seeing as chicken is the cheapest...

You should supplement that with nuts. Also do not eat starchy food. Do not buy whole Roast chicken and just buy regular raw chicken and grill it (There should be machines in the market that can remove the fat and grease while it cooks the chicken).
>I eat specific body parts as much as possible and I've totally read the sticky
Now ACTUALLY read the sticky. Click the god damn dinosaur running around at the top of the front page and READ.
