What workouts should I do to get in shape? I don't have a car right now so I can't go to any gyms but I have a treadmil, dumbells, and a weight bench at home. I've been kinda scrawny my whole life so I dont really wanna get ripped, just in shape or fit looking I guess.

Hello /fit/ I'm tall and skinny as fuck. I eat a lot, but I also smoke a lot and drink wine/beer almost daily.
What kind of exercise can I do to have a broad back? Going to the gym is not an option. I do have one of these exercise bars you put on your doorframe
ITT foods that keep your cut diet interesting and filling while being low calorie as possible.
I like eating carrots with some lite ranch or an apple, plus lots of water.

Is it possible to follow SS in a smaller gym with no barbells, only dumbbells and Smith machines? I can't imagine being able to do something like power cleans without a barbell, so are there any alternative excersizes?

Is it normal to constantly regurgitate your food? Anyone else here experience this? I've had it for as long as I can remember and I'm 30 years old.
I need to be able to do 60 pushups in 2 minutes tomorrow for this scholarship. I lift like 2 times a week sometimes. Pretty DYEL mode but some muscle is visible. I just get burnt out quick. I have no endurance.
Help me /fit/ you're my only hope. Should I get some pre workout? I started taking creating about 2 days ago to get my muscles at their peek. What is some shit that will improve my output by tomorrow.
Anon look. I'm only 125 pounds,I just came to fit because I'm a skeleton. I can do 60 pushups in a minute, and all I do is just forget about any pains. It's only two minutes of your life dude, if you pace yourself to do one every two seconds you can do it. It's all in your mind anyway especially when it's something so low intensity as this. Also breath as fast as you possibly can.

With my current class schedule I can only make it to the gym twice a week... I have dumbbells at home so I can do less equipment oriented (OHP, curl, lunge) at home and more equipment oriented (bench press) at the gym.
Will 2x a week be enough? I've lifted before but I'm pretty much considered a beginner

So a few days ago I ordered a CPU + mobo + ram to upgrade my old ass computer.
However as things turn out, it seems that I will be left with way too little cash if i buy that stuff.
Should I cancel my upgrading of my computer in order to be able to surely afford

2: chalk ,straps, + other gym necessities
