i mean i always knew i could do it. i just didn't think it would be that quick. this is a huge milestone for me guys.
i used to wanna be 200b and i did it. i didn't like how clothes fit me. but now i cut down to where i wanna be. but i can always be leaner, look better, happy but not satisfied.

So I've been attempting to escape DYEL mode with SS, and have been doing it for the past two months.

I know I'm wasting protein powder by putting it on my cottage cheese and almonds as a late night snack when I get hungry, but that's the only way it'll taste decent. At least it makes me feel better that I use a shitty muscle milk crap for stuff like that and not my regular stuff that I use.

What workouts should I do to get in shape? I don't have a car right now so I can't go to any gyms but I have a treadmil, dumbells, and a weight bench at home. I've been kinda scrawny my whole life so I dont really wanna get ripped, just in shape or fit looking I guess.

do every possible workout with your equipment, count your calories and go over your daily needed calories by 300-500 and you'll gain muscle

Gallon of milk a day +10 jumping jacks and 10 sit ups a day should get you in top tier shape.
