I want to get a bigger/thicker ass but all I usually get it "do squats". I'm not really a fan of how muscly squats often make an ass look however, it's like it just 'raises' the good fat higher and makes the bottom of the butt flat.
If I don't want to lose the good fat on my butt, what could I do to make it bigger?

i get my period quite bad, and im not about to take a week off every month just because of running the risk of shooting out blood when i finish a squat
so the question is, do you think it's better to squat (I squat for strength btw not just a good ass) or take a week off squatting when i have my period

100KG Squat for 8 reps and 3 sets, ass to grass.
I am 5'9 (hurr durr manlet) and weight in at 14 stone
Would you say 100kg is decent for a squat or should i be aiming at 140kg ?

Give more info. How much DNP are you taking? You won't feel jackshit if you're only on 250mg. Cold weather and your diet also play a roll in how much you feel.

Heat is not the primary mechanism of DNP. More heat doesn't mean more weight loss.

day 3 250mg Dinitro. Shit is legit af. Slept 12 hours yesterday lol and been also getting heat waves at random times. I don't mind it though. I live in an area where its -20 Celsius currently. I want more heat, but I'm just gonna keep on 250mg till day 7 and maybe raise the dose.
