My roommate in college regularly went to backpages and found them.
He was from south africa and would regularly fuck them pretty much right next to me.
Ive never really felt bad for hookers before, but this dude smelled like dick cheese and shit 24/7, slept on his dirty clothes, would put his half-eaten food under his bed and leave it there for months at a time, and regularly didnt shower, so whenever they came in and the smell hit them in the face they really started to second guess how much that $20 was actually worth.

I do it. But I never had a problem with missing meals. I feel worse when I do eat in the morning and lunch. I think 1000 is too few calories though. If you workout before you break the fast the results should be no less than 500 calories and no more than 1000 in deficits after you eat.
Since childhood i was used to drink very litle water, in the worst times a cup of tea in the morning and that over weeks.
but now i try to drink 2 liters a day
My question is i feel dehydrated if i drink water. Wich makes no sense because i want to drinking more.

No one seems to care though. Powerlifting is still fairly underground. Some of the best powerlifters have only a few thousand instagram followers. Very few make any money.

this is true for a shit load of things. very few people care if you're a great pool player, rower, mathematician, climber, whatever. if you do something just to get recognition from people you don't care about then you're a faggot.
I used to browse here a lot back when I was 17-18. I was very fit and gained a lot of useful knowledge from this board. My heaviest lifts were 335lb deads, 275lb squats, and 175lb bench. After going to college, I slowly stopped lifting and starting partying a lot more. I am 21 now, and just broke up with my grill of 6 months, and realized how out of shape I have become. I wanna become fit again.
I am 6'l", about 195lbs, and would probably consider myself chubbyfat, with most of my fat concentrated in my stomach area. I still have retained some muscle mass from lifting before but it is mostly hidden under fat.
My question is how should I start my process? Should I start cutting or bulking? What is a good routine for limited gym access? My friend has a bench and barbells at his place, and he said I can work out with him. I imagine he will not be available everyday I need to workout, and on the off days I have a single dumbell with adjustable weights that go up 37.5lbs that I could use. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated as I am motivated to make a change but I am a little rusty on how to achieve my goals.
I tried starting lifting again before but my problem was I wasn't seeing gains because I could never decided to bulk or cut, I would change paths constantly. I want to avoid that for sure.

Most the time you'll have a shirt on, so tats don't hide gains. If anything it makes people look at you more. Find a really good tattoo artist, pick an original tattoo.
Do not get tattoos of
