I went hard and doubled up to make up for skipping. Tried a few new exercises I have never done before that where pretty fun. Not looking forward to waking up tomorrow

You can only ever do these exercises, and only from either A or B which you will have to choose and won't be able to change after.
You will also not be allowed to do any variations (so no sldl or deficit dl). Only sumo/conventional and highbar/lowbar are allowed, but if you choose one you will have to stick with it.
Which one would you pick? And why?
I actually did the A workout cuz I had a barbell and plates but nothing else.
I wasn't good at programing and it was hard as fuck to progress deadlifts since doing it 3 times a week burned me out so much.
I got really good at doing 3plate though lol. I'd go out and do like five sets twenty twice a week.
I looked ok I guess.
I got my row 5 rep max to 275lb and my Press 1rep max to 205lb too.

TL:DR version, can I live off of mass gainer shake, protein shake, vitamin supplements, and rice without killing my gains?
DR version: I currently pay 1200 a month for a shitty apartment, I live on an Island and space is extremely limited. I was considering buying a house, but a 770 square foot house, which is small than my apartment, would cost about 250k, which means I would be paying close to 2k a month in rent and utilities (I live someplace very cold, so heat would be expensive)

Ever go on a 3 month break nofap? Worth it?
Use lotion, soft fabric, fleshlight, etc? Curious cause certain methods can cause damage.

I've never tried nofap but I'm considering it just to see if there is a positive change at all. I'm horny enough already and the thought of not releasing that pressure seems not kosher.

Also, how viscous or slippery is it? If it makes the plug so buttery it slides right out during a work-out, it defies the purpose of using one. Anyoen any experiences with lube?
Hey /fit/ been lifting with ya all for quite a while now but now I'm hoping someone here can help me with a problem I've been having since I was a kid. Nightmares. Real fucking nasty ones that seem like they last for days. It's always shit that that terrifies me at the core of my being. Tornadoes, nukes, being eaten alive, waking up in the basement with that "thing" down there we all ran from as children. Every night I descend into my own personal hell. How do I get off this ride?

I pulled a muscle in the interior of my thigh during summer. I've been stretching since then to try and get my flexibility back but it still strains a lot when I hit the bottom of the squat. I definitely think I need more control on the way down.
