Fatties think a diet consists of no sugar ever with whole wheat everything. They'll starve themselves on <500 calories for about three days, and then overeat so much on day 4 that they gained mass in this time span.
Cheat days are laughable, but cheat meals are net better than backsliding. The most important aspect of a decent diet is sticking with it.
Why is there people bigger and leaner than steeve reeves who try to claim natural? He is the epitome of natural bodybuilding. People try to attribute better training and diet, food was healthier back then and they trained how it is recommended to train now for optimal natural gains. For the passed week I've drunk at least 3L of water a day, but my piss is constantly an incredibly dark shade of yellow and smells really potent.

So over the past year I have been working out on and off. However I'm really going to commit now on my workout plan. In 2014 I weighed about 220 now down to 160. Probably not much progress but it's something. I'm wondering how much change could I get by June if I do rigorously training and what type of results could I get. Right now this is how my body looks like.
Is it possible I could reach this in a 6-7 month period?
