I bought a Mass gainer (pic related) yesterday, Should I take this every day? Or just every workout-day. I work out 3 times a week, and want to built muscle mass.
What type of training schedule should I use?
I don't want to do stronglifts because I want more isolation.

I take one scoop per day in the morning.
I also take a protein shake post workout along with a small list of vitamins and such.
I work out 5 to 6 days a week and split up muscle groups between the days. I.e. legs, biceps back, chest tris, abs shoulders, etc.
This was about a month (ish) in.

This is something I've been curious of: What will going wider with the pull-down do? Is it necessary to build a thick physique? I noticed it really restricts my range of motion and feels like it hits my biceps more, but I imagine that I'd get better results from bringing my arms in closer, as that gives a full range of motion.
Anyone with knowledge on this topic? I do four variations of pull-downs on back day (supinated-grip, close-grip, single-handed, and regular), plus my rows. I'm just wondering if I should incorporate some wide-grip, for any purpose.Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

I would say overhand thumbless wide grip Lat pulldown. Make sure you squeeze your shoulder blades before you start the movement. You feel it in your biceps cause they are doing a slow elongation. This could be from placement, focusing the wrong muscle, or too much weight and doing whatever you can do the motion.

So I got a bag of quinoa, and it ain't bad. It does, however, taste a little bland, like oatmeal, which isn't to say it's bad, but it might be more interesting if I prepared it differently.
How do you eat quinoa? Also, is it as "super-foody" as people say it is? Worth the money to buy?

Hey /fit/, I come to you because I'm stumped desu.
5'10 160 pounds
Please offer some advice - I don't count calories but I get at least 120 grams of protein a day.
I'm a skinnyfat, my body looks like trash. My shoulders pop when doing any sort of weight, even 5 pound dumbells with standing lateral raises.
OHP is fine, any other excercise is fine - pure shoulder isolation brings pops, but not painful.
And also as I said my body is garbage. My lifts have gone up recently, currently at about uh..

Posted in the other thread you did, don't know if you saw, but check your form on OHP, you may be cheating if it's going up but not your bench.
Also don't bother cutting yet if you're only 160 and have those stats.

Sorry I didn't, that thread was on the wrong board and I only realized after I posted. Felt like a retard so I just closed the tab.
My bench is going up as well, about as slow as my OHP though. The form is fine when I asked other people to check - Stood straight, lifted it over my head with my grip being close.
