i run 10 km, 100 pushups, 100 pullups, 100 squats every single day and make sure to save money on heating/cooling bill
Well /fit/ the veganism is upon me. The past couple days every time I ate meat I felt as though I'm setting my progress back.
Can anyone try to bring forth some decent arguments against veganism before I succumb to this out-cast lifestyle? Keep in mind I'm still getting all my macro's.

5 minute mile is like 16 100m runs in less than 19s in a row. I'm not gonna lie, I haven't run that long in a while but I'm sure I could easily do that if I tried. I'd be winded as fuck afterwards though. 1000lbs club and 5 minute mile isn't that hard.
My upper trapezius dominates over my middle and lower trapezius. Any ideas how to correct this?

I would honestly do crossfit just for the community aspect if it didn't cost 100$ a month at least. I'm finishing up with uni and would prefer to stay social as a real human bean in society while also staying fit.
Are there any options other than crossfit? My buddy who does muay thai wants me to start going with him but I don't know how social that would be.

I dont currently do crossfit. Lifting is fun and in the past I've been doing it at my uni gym. But I do it alone or with one buddy occasionally and I dont want that to be the extent of my socializing
